I spent time getting to know each person who comes to therapy, listening for intentions, patterns, and draw out their inner power for change. Each person is unique and so is their therapy experience. This could lead us to traditional talk therapy, family/couples therapy, behavioral interventions, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, or Ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
I am born and raised in Shenandoah Valley and I come from a Christian background. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. I am a strong introvert and am trying to live my best and most authentic life. I enjoy taking hikes with my family, baking, and reading. I am a dog lover and cherish the times I have spent traveling the globe.
Services are provided in Virginia. Services are mainly telehealth, inquire for in-person. Ages served are older adolescent through a more aged population. I am taking on supervisee's/residents in training. I am credentials with some major insurance carriers and accept self-pay and HSA/FSA. Services cost vary. I practice Ketamine assisted psychotherapy in conjuncture with Journey Clinical.
