Jamie Lacy, LCSW

Psychotherapist
Saugerties NY
I am trained in EMDR and also incorporate mindfulness and meditation techniques as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) into my work when appropriate. I believe therapy can offer an opportunity to find clarity, to better understand overwhelming experiences, as well as to grow from difficult times. I have experience working with individuals struggling with their relationships, dealing with trauma, and coping with stress, anger, depression and anxiety. I also hold space for and invite the curiosity of one's relationship with their various identities, especially the relationship with whiteness and masculinity. Regardless of the struggle, I believe the most important piece of therapy is tailoring each individual's therapy to their unique needs in order to assist the growth and change necessary to feel better.
