I tend to offer a semi-structured approach to treatment. I will ask what the client wishes to focus/work on during session and assist the client in meeting said goal during each session. For my clients who are neurodivergent, I also work to provide more insight and psychoeducation on neurodivergence to assist my clients in better modifying their environments to help improve their quality of life.
I'm an Autistic clinical psychologist who specializes in working with neurodivergent adults (i.e., adults with ADHD and/or Autism). I also specialize in anxiety and trauma focused treatment and do provide Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
I offer assessment and evaluation for ADHD and Autism.
