Based in the Blue Mountains NSW, & servicing Greater Sydney - my practice was born of a desire to share the connection of Mind, Body and Spirit- enriching lives and releasing trauma. I offer Holistic Counselling services for those working through Stress, Anxiety, Trauma & Abuse, Relationship Setbacks, Grief & Loss as well as those yearning for direction and purpose. I am an advocate for healing through psychedelics and assist with preparation and integration. I offer home visits throughout Greater Sydney.
