I am a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist, specializing in treatment of trauma, attachment wounds and dissociation. After spending years working as both a crisis worker and in domestic violence centers, I founded a trauma clinic in Richmond Hill, Ontario to meet the rising need for experiential, relational and neurobiologically-informed psychotherapy. It is through sensing and feeling our inner experience - while being witnessed in safe spaces - that we can thrive beyond our histories and let go of our limiting beliefs.
