I offer support and guidance by employing evidence-based treatment methods that are designed to move you from struggle to strength. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Affirming Therapy Center in San Diego, CA, with an MA in Couple and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and a background in Human Sexuality.
I offer support and guidance by employing evidence-based treatment methods, including psychedelic-assisted healing, that are designed to move you from struggle to strength. With compassion and authenticity, I work collaboratively with clients to understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and actions so they can begin to make choices that are more aligned with their authentic values and goals.
