Our yoga classes are drop-in style and do not require a committed group membership or regular weekly attendance. They are open to anyone wanting to focus on integrating body and mind, relax, and process life experience alongside others. Our classes may include a social component where you can meet and interact with other members of the class. You can meet like-minded others, make new friends, all while improving your mental and physical health.
