Brooke Stott, LMSW

New York NY
I prefer to work together on developing treatment goals first, and then bring in different tools and approaches as they feel appropriate to the needs of the work. I find EMDR, IFS, and Ketamine to be very effective in work with trauma, attachment, and shame. I offer recurring hourly sessions, as well as 1/2, full, and multiple day intensive therapy options. As someone with many years of personal experience in this process, I understand the value of a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship from both sides. I'm happy to offer a free 20 minute consultation to better see if my style is compatible with your needs. If you have any questions about me or my practice, please reach out!
