How I work with clients
My approach is based in psychodynamic psychotherapy principles with a strong focus on integration. I have an interest in developmental trauma and helping my clients move into recovery. I am also an authorised prescriber of medicinal cannabis and use cannabinoid medicines frequently in my practice. I have an deep understanding of plant medicines and how they can be used to facilitate change in our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. I believe in the innate healing response of the human body and using psychotherapy, medicine and integrative health practices to return homeostasis, balance.
I do not offer psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy or connection to underground practitioners.
