I offer holistic in-person Eastern medicine services to folks in rural Colorado including Marble, Redstone, Carbondale, Paonia, Basalt, and Glenwood Springs. I specialize in working with people with cancer, autoimmune disease, chronic pain, stress and anxiety.
In addition to my hands-on work, I offer non-medical online coaching services for life transitions, grief, and death through exploration of the call for ecocentric, courageous, authentic living.
Originally from Bulgaria, I was raised in a tradition of foraging, wild herbal medicine, and my great-grandmother Velika’s secret water healing rituals. I spent my youth living in South Korea, where I was first introduced to and became interested in the practice of Eastern medicine and acupuncture.
I'm nationally board certified in the practice of acupuncture and Eastern Medicine, as well as a certified end-of-life doula with training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Compassionate Inquiry. I’ve completed certificate training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies and Research at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
With years of hospital based work, I am passionate about bridging Eastern and Western medicine, inviting those I work with into a body-mind-spirit exploration with deep reverence for the sacred in all of us. When not serving clients and patients you can find me elbows deep in mud in my pottery studio or in my veggie garden.
