Your Emotional Guide
I have been counselling clients as a Registered Social Worker since 2010 and Registered as a Clinical Counsellor in 2016. I want to be your emotional guide. To help you gain greater levels of personal understanding and insight into your, past, current and future self.

How I work with clients
You are the wisest guide a counsellor can have. On some level, you know what is needed; however, your ability to listen to your “inner voice” can be blocked or diminished by fear or past experiences that you are acting on in your current life. Collaboratively, we can sort out and work through your life experiences.
If you are blocked by pain and heartache, we can collaboratively unpack creative solutions. Do you have an objective person who will listen? I will compassionately listen and hold the space.
Together we can make a plan of action. Ultimately, you need to make the best decision for yourself in order to feel good and cultivate your ability to hear and trust your inner voice.
