I don't say yes to everyone who reaches out to me as I believe it should feel like the right fit for this type of deeper work. I see clients regularly via virtual sessions and I recommend we have a few sessions before making the commitment to a journey or ceremony.
Integration is so important to this work. I prefer to work with clients who will continue seeing me virtually for 2 - 10 sessions post-journey.
A thoughtful preparation, journey and integration within a beautiful, luxurious container and surrounded by lust nature is the foundation of how I approach psychedelic assisted therapies, plant medicine ceremonies and sound healing journeys.
I started my professional journey in private practice as a Psychotherapist in 2017 seeing individuals and couples. However, it was 2012 when I experienced my first plant medicine ceremonies and psychedelic therapies at a healing & wellness retreat center in Costa Rica. I became certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy in 2022 and opened Pharmxa in Tulum, MX that same year.
I first began offering gentle IM ketamine assisted psychotherapy paired with pre-recorded ketamine journey sets. This music was chosen and mixed based on my own experiences with ketamine therapy. My clinic evolved into offering 5 hour psilocybin ceremonies with a guided dj set and somatic healing. I trained as a Cacao Medicine Facilitator and added cacao to my private psilocybin ceremonies.
I now offer therapies and ceremonies in Tulum (and surrounding areas) and Lake Atitlan Guatemala.
