I work with individuals at their pace. Sometimes, however, I may need to either help people slow down or light a bit of a fire under them to pace treatment and make sure that we are heading in the right direction in a thoughtful, purposeful manner.
I offer telehealth services in multiple states through PsyPact and in-personal locally for those who want or need someone to assist during ketamine sessions. I specialize in anxiety-related disorders and employ exposure-based treatments including exposure and response prevention for OCD. I have a subspecialty in combat trauma. I will be running retreats starting in 2023 with an emphasis on recovery.
