Many of my clients identify as 2SLGBTQIA+, immigrants/refugees, and/or neurodivergent with ADHD or autism. I work with couples+ building skills to create healthier relationships, such as skills for managing conflict, skills for increasing the level of intimacy and friendship, and skills for creating shared meaning with our partner(s). I also focus on assertive communication with our loved ones, to design the type of relationships you want or need and to create romantic and sexual agreements that work for everyone involved. You should expect to become more aware of yourself: your wants, your thoughts, your emotions, and your body, which can make it easier for you to make decisions that are aligned with your values and intentions. You will have the chance to incorporate healthy habits and develop new skills for your toolbox.
Welcome! There is not a one-size-fits-all approach in mental health. My goal is to provide a safe space for us to figure out together how you can live a fuller life that feels aligned with your individual needs, wants, values and intentions. I can support you in incorporating healthy habits and developing new skills for your toolbox. I can also guide you on working on your relationship with yourself, by becoming more aware and curious of your emotions, bodily sensations, and thoughts. I want us to embrace every part of you with compassion.
