Agnis' work is client - centered while maintaining a safe space following clinical, harm reduction and trauma-informed best practices. Agnis is a holistic practitioner who will hold space for your spiritual, emotional, mental, psychological, cultural, social and physical experiences and worldview.
Agnis is a trauma psychotherapist and coach. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University (Cambridge, MA). She has more than ten years of experience working at community mental health, public schools, non-profits organizations, and private virtual psychotherapy settings.​ Agnis is a certified Ketamine assisted psychotherapist (By Journey Clinical and Fluence), and has completed trainings on IFS level 3 (internal family systems), somatics psychotherapy, attachment/relational trauma and disturbances, polyvagal theory, DBT, emotional eating, native and indigenous traditions for mental health, power and privilege, and RLT (relational life therapy). She offers a holistic and systemic framework into her work with clients that brings body, mind and soul/spirit together as well as the macro socio-cultural systems in which each individual lives.​Agnis loves to travel and learn about other countries and cultures’ worldviews.
