Participants are encouraged to take proactive care of themselves. May Gatherings and Community Events require payment of a fee to participate. We do not control or have any obligation to monitor what occurs during Gatherings and Community events. However, we reserve the right to remove any participant in a Gathering or Community Event if they engage in appropriate behavior or violate User Restrictions.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) for resolution through binding arbitration by a single arbitrator pursuant to AAA’s rules applicable to commercial disputes, as amended from time to time. All arbitrations shall take place in Santa Cruz County, California.
