Striving to integrate academic research with the nuances and mysteries of the human experience, I work from an emotionally focused + somatically based lens to find a balanced, well-rounded approach to healing.
I am deeply interested in how the nervous system shapes our experiences and how it can either help or hinder us. Through blending the philosophies of science and spirit, I offer a perspective on healing that considers the dualities of life while fostering a whole-body approach. Based out of Regina, Saskatchewan.
Curiosity and adventure are my greatest motivations in life. Both have guided me down many different paths- fueled by my interest in the human experience. I have an easy-going nature, but have also journeyed into the depths and mysteries of what life can bring. Through these pursuits, I have come to understand the importance of cultivating balance in all aspects of life.
