Amelia Hall, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Los Angeles CA
My goal is to help you figure out where you want to be and strategize how to help you get there. You are the expert of your own life. I will never pretend like there is only one way to do things, or take an all-or-nothing approach with you. My role is that of a collaborator, guide, and partner in shine.
From my own lived experience, I deeply understand the distrust of any external 'authority' that doesn't support leading you back to your own. My curiosity about integrative medicine began when I was a teen researching options for my treatment-resistant, chronically ill father. Practices such as yoga, meditation, qigong, and working with plants became a way for me to quiet my mind and find that inner sense of peace I had yearned for in my younger years. Along my journey, I found my way to the California Bay Area to study at California Institute of Integral Studies, known for it's East meets West approach to psychology. In accruing my hours to become licensed as Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoyed training in and offering Expressive Arts Therapy in various medical and private settings. I have particular interest in working with neurodivergent, highly sensitive individuals, as well as folks healing from narcissistic abuse, spiritual and/or religious trauma.
