Counselling Therapist

When I sit with a client, I see our work as a collaboration. You bring your lived experience, and I get my presence, training, and curiosity. Together, we create a space where you can explore what feels heavy, confusing, or stuck, as well as what feels hopeful and alive.
I listen closely to both what is spoken and what is left unsaid. I often invite clients to slow down, notice their body, and pay attention to the wisdom that arises when we make room for silence and reflection. Our sessions may include storytelling, mindfulness practices, or gentle exploration of patterns that show up in relationships and daily life.
I believe healing happens in small, steady steps. My role is not to tell you who you are or what to do, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own strength, insight, and capacity for growth.
I’m Amy, a neurodivergent human with an extremely sensitive soul. My passion is to offer a safe and grounded space where you can reconnect with yourself and meet the parts that may have felt too overwhelming to explore.
In psychedelic support work, emotions and old patterns often rise to the surface. Together, we’ll approach them with curiosity and care, uncovering how they shape your daily life. My role is to walk alongside you as you develop healthier, more integrated ways of relating to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
