I am a double board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with additional specialized training in ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic-assisted therapy. My approach is integrative, eclectic, holistic, and trauma-informed, weaving together person-centered therapy, judicious medication management, the body-mind connection, etc.
My style is warm, welcoming, compassionate, and open-minded. I'm also a passionate social justice advocate who is grief-stricken witnessing how systems perpetuate oppression for folks who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, or hold other marginalized identities.
