Are you looking for more connection in your life? Have you struggled with loneliness, grief, creative blocks, the effects of trauma, or dysfunction in your relationships? I provide individual and ketamine-assisted therapy, and couples therapy, to clients who feel 'stuck,' burdened, anxious, or spiritually bereft. I am engaged and animated in sessions with clients, showing up as my full, authentic self. I care about my clients and think about them between sessions, often showing up with new resources or ideas I've had in the week or weeks since we've met. I often invite them to come into their bodies through guided meditation, or to dialogue with the different parts of themselves.
I grew up in the Church of Latter-Day Saints (Mormonism) and now help others heal from strict religious upbringings. I spent my twenties living and teaching English abroad, in Vietnam, Guatemala and Colombia. Through the writings of feminist thinkers like bell hooks, trauma psychiatrists such as Bessel van der Kolk, and Buddhist practitioners such as Pema Chodron and Thich Nhat Hanh, along with personal psychedelic therapy, I learned to relate to myself with more compassion and now hold space for others to do the same.
