Ari Kellner, PsyD

Clinical Psychologist
New York City NY
I begin with a collaborative intake process to understand your goals, history, and what support looks like for you. From there, we co-create a treatment plan that may include preparation, medicine sessions, and integration work. I offer both ongoing therapy and time-limited psychedelic work, and I welcome collaboration with outside clinicians when helpful. For those who’ve had psychedelic experiences elsewhere and are seeking support to integrate them, I offer focused short-term work or longer-term depth-oriented care.
I’m a clinical psychologist, psychedelic therapist, and the founder of AK Psychology Group. I’ve spent the past two decades helping individuals heal from trauma, reclaim their voice, and reconnect with what feels most meaningful. I’m especially drawn to the places where neuroscience meets transformation, and where relationships—whether with self or others—become portals for growth. In our work together, I aim to be both a grounded presence and a respectful guide. I honor each person’s inner process and work collaboratively to create a safe, individualized path forward. Outside the office, I’m a father, partner, nature-lover, and longtime student of Eastern philosophy and contemplative practices.
