We will begin with a brief intake form so I have some basic information about you and why you are seeking support. I offer a complimentary 40 minute orientation meeting to determine if we will be a good fit for each other. From there we can begin and I will customize a flexible plan based on your unique situation and needs.
I am a licensed therapist (LMSW) in New York and New Jersey and a graduate of NYU’s Silver School of Social Work. In addition to my education and supervision by excellent mentors, I am informed by my own healing journey and experience with psychedelic medicines. I bring deep empathy and a warm, grounded presence to the therapeutic relationship. I offer psychedelic-assisted therapy, helping clients translate insights from altered and expanded states of consciousness into grounded, lasting personal growth. With a holistic perspective, I support individuals and groups in cultivating clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
