Ketamine-Assisted Facilitation & Mentoring:
Working with me offers a compassionate, grounded approach to ketamine-assisted experiences. I create safe, supportive spaces for self-discovery, healing, and growth through a holistic process that includes preparation, guided facilitation, and integration.
Ketamine can open doors to deep insight, but real transformation comes through how those experiences are integrated. I’ll help you make meaning of what arises and support your process with clarity and intention.
Medical screening and approval are required to ensure this approach is safe for you. I specialize in psychedelic-dose ketamine sessions and offer guidance rooted in care, presence, and respect for your unique path.
Entheogenic Prep & Integration
Many people are turning to entheogens for mental health and personal growth, and I’m here to support you in navigating these experiences safely and meaningfully. Through a harm reduction lens, I offer nonjudgmental guidance to help you process insights and integrate lessons into daily life.
With training in the historical and cultural roots of sacred medicine traditions, and a grounding in modern science, I emphasize thoughtful preparation, intentional set and setting, and meaningful integration.
Whether you’re preparing for a journey, reflecting afterward, or seeking clarity on your path, I offer a compassionate, grounded space for exploration
I do not provide, prescribe, or advocate for the use of illegal substances. Any discussions about entheogens or psychedelic experiences are for educational and harm-reduction purposes only. If you choose to engage in such experiences, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility.
In my heart, I am a nurse. For nearly 30 years, I’ve cared for others, spending most of my career in hospice and palliative care. Sitting with hundreds of people as they die has shaped how I see life—reminding me daily how fleeting and precious it is. Death is the ultimate transition, and I’ve come to understand that all life transitions carry the potential for transformation
I hold bachelor’s degrees in both Health Education and Nursing, and am certified as a Death Doula. My training includes certifications in holistic health and nutrition, spiritual philosophy, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research from CIIS. I’ve completed full didactic training for MDMA-assisted therapy through MAPS, basic and advanced ketamine training through Palo Santo Therapies, and am completing a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology.
My decades of hands-on bedside experience and passion for learning and synthesizing multiple interests have led me to this unique, integrative work. Whether you're facing the mystery of death, the intensity of life's many transitions, or the invitation of medicine work—I’m here to offer grounded, compassionate presence along the way.
