My current work with clients is based on a collaborative model of therapy, rooted firmly in psychoeducation and empowerment of client autonomy, where I encourage each client to tap into their inner healing intelligence.
Brandon Strickland earned his Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2022. After completing his internship at Taking Control Counseling in North Aurora, Illinois, he was hired as a clinician where he currently practices. Brandon has a longstanding interest in psychedelic studies and believes in an interdisciplinary approach to his practice which is influenced by individual psychology, humanistic psychology, and multicultural counseling. Recently, Brandon moved to St. Paul, Minnesota and has joined the Center for Conscious Alchemy (CCA) on the west side of St. Paul. CCA offers individual and group ketamine assisted-psychotherapy, as well as traditional psychotherapy and medication management.
