Sometimes you know something needs to change before you know what that change is. You might feel stuck, disconnected, or just restless. Psychedelic experiences can sometimes bring up questions or desires that are worth paying closer attention to. I see therapy as a space to slow down and allow something new to emerge.
My approach is curious and exploratory. Rather than focusing only on the problem in front of us, I want to understand what brought you to this point. This might include looking at the past or parts of yourself that have been difficult to understand. Bringing in psychedelic experiences can open up new ways of seeing what has felt stuck.
My professional introduction to this work began in Columbia University’s Psychedelic Therapy Training Program. Currently, I focus on helping people intentionally prepare for psychedelic experiences and explore what comes up afterwards. I love supporting clients to catalyze moments of insight into lasting shifts.
I offer psychedelic preparation and integration, as well as ongoing psychotherapy. I work virtually and in-person in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
