Using the InCorr Method, I work with unconscious emotional conflicts that organise affect, self-experience, and relational patterns. The approach involves moment-to-moment tracking of affective and somatic markers, therapist–client attunement, and structured reflective inquiry to make implicit emotional learning explicit and available for integration. In the context of psychedelic preparation and integration, this work supports the stabilisation, meaning-making, and consolidation of non-ordinary state material, enabling insight to be translated into durable, embodied change.
Hi. I'm Cathy. I work as a trauma therapist, working with young people and adults. I love my job and consider it an absolute privilege to support others. I am also on the psychedelics master's programme at Exeter University, and loving every moment of that too, being immersed in up-to-date knowledge and at the edge of new research - the community is also fabulous. I've got adults kids, and grandkids too, so life is busy, but full of love and connection.
