Cayley Kasten, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I worked for 3 years in a school based outpatient clinic where I treated various issues as well as consulted with teachers and school staff. During that time I received training in various modalities including TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy), PCIT and TCIT (parent/child interaction therapy and teacher/child interaction therapy). I completed a year long post-graduate training program at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and a 2 year post-graduate training program at the Metropolitan Institute for Training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I utilize this experience and training heavily in my work with patients. ​ I continue to provide clinical supervision to other therapists at Bhava Therapy Group in Manhattan and see clients in my private practice.
