I approach our work as a collaboration - never as an authority telling you what to do, but as a guide walking alongside you. In our sessions, you can expect a mix of deep listening, gentle inquiry, somatic practices, and compassionate reflection. I prioritize creating an environment that feels safe, spacious, and honoring of all parts of your experience. Whether you are seeking support around a specific psychedelic journey, or you are diving deeper into long-term healing, I work at your pace and tailor each session to your needs. I welcome complexity, messiness, and tenderness. Every part of you is welcome here - including the parts that may feel scared, skeptical, or unsure.
Hi! I’m Chelsea (she/her), a licensed therapist specializing in trauma healing, somatic integration, and psychedelic support. My work is rooted in the belief that every person carries an innate wisdom - sometimes hidden beneath layers of survival, pain, or disconnection - and my role is to help you reconnect with that deep, knowing part of yourself. I bring a warm, grounded, and intuitive approach to our work together, blending traditional therapeutic frameworks like Internal Family Systems (IFS) with somatic practices, polyvagal theory, movement, and expressive arts. I also have specialized training in psychedelic preparation and integration, and I deeply value creating spaces that are safe, collaborative, and honoring of your unique journey... whether you're processing a single experience or engaging in long-term self-exploration. As someone who personally values authenticity, curiosity, and a deep respect for the body’s intelligence, I see healing as both a sacred and deeply human process. My hope is to walk alongside you as you navigate your healing path - offering attunement, tools, and a space where all parts of you are welcome.
