Registered Social Worker and Registered Clinical Counsellor

I integrate body-based approaches that focus on the mind-body connection, helping you ground yourself in the present moment. This allows for a deeper sense of relaxation, enabling you to engage with your experience and yourself in a new way. Through reflective exploration and curiosity, we will cultivate self-awareness as we map and integrate your internal world. My specialty includes developmental trauma and substance use, informed by my background as a social worker in child protection and my training as a therapist. I also offer support in psilocybin and ketamine-assisted therapy and can guide clients through the Special Access Program (SAP), as well as help integrate prior psychedelic experiences. My personal growth is a core aspect of my ethical practice. I engage in ongoing supervision and training to nurture my own inner work, ensuring I honor the privilege of supporting you on your journey.
My personal struggles and adversities guided me toward social work, mental health, and accessibility services. The suffering of those I worked with often mirrored the internal challenges I had faced, which sparked my journey to a deeper understanding of myself. Inspired by Vipassana meditation and psychotherapy, I pursued counseling to help others achieve personal and experiential freedom. I have extensive experience supporting individuals living with trauma, historical sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, as well as those navigating ADHD and neurodiversity. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from the University of British Columbia and am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia.
