Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Napa CA
It has been my soul’s purpose to help guide people into what I call “the remembrance”. Using a variety of customized treatment modalities, I walk side-by-side with people working with them to help them remember and come back to their wholeness, to who they truly were before all the conditioning, experiences, and trauma ever began. I use a collaborative, intuitive, and compassionate approach. Together…we will figure it out. I work with clients one on one with either weekly or biweekly sessions for a designated period of 3-6 months. Sessions are done by telehealth and are also available in person in nature settings (if you live in the Napa area) for nature therapy. Please note that I do not offer MDMA or psilocybin-assisted therapy sessions in my private practice, as those substances are not currently available for use outside of the research setting. I do provide ketamine-facilitated psychotherapy, which uses a similar treatment approach to psychedelic-assisted psychotherapies.
I am trained and certified as a family, integrative psychiatry, and psychedelic nurse practitioner. I am also an advocate, an activist, and an educator. Personally and professionally, I have an avid interest in the body’s ability to heal itself. I truly believe psychedelics can be one of many tools used to heal the root cause of chronic illness. My interest in healing began with my own personal healing journey. I was able to heal my own rheumatoid arthritis by tapping into the body’s own self-healing capabilities. I am passionate about helping others do the same. Therapeutic use of psychedelic medicine along with various tools from ancient wisdoms can unlock doors to heal trauma stored and present in the physical body through the PNEI (Psycho-Neuro-Endocrine-Immunology) network. In this way, one can get to the root cause of chronic diseases and heal, or become whole again. I am also the founder and co-executive director of Napa Psychedelic Society and Decriminalize Nature Napa, both of which I founded in 2024. My goals are to decriminalize the use of plant medicine, to create a supportive community around psychedelics, and to provide education to the general public on how to reduce risk and harm in this space. In my spare time I enjoy to travel, nature, cooking, dancing and connecting.
