My approach is Spiritual with a Shamanic lens; I teach you to journey, connect with your body, and access non-ordinary states of consciousness. I utilize visioning, journeying, yogic philosophy/practices, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I believe that many of our belief systems are rooted in earlier childhood experiences.

hi! my name is Citlalicue (Seet-la-ly-qu-é), most people call me Lali (la-lee) for short. I am licensed psychotherapist (LCSW), Certified -Psychedelic-Assisted-Psychotherapist (C-PAT), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist (KAP), shamanic practitioner, certified yoga instructor, hypnotist, & reiki master.
I am located in Hudson Valley, NY. I am passionate about nature, yoga, psychedelics, and I am a lifelong student of shamanic studies. Thus far in this lifetime, my deepest studies have been with Andean Cosmology & Nordic Shamanism. It is the tools & practices that I utilize, with reverence, in my work. I know through experience that these ancient practice allow us to access guides & ancestors who want to help us on our healing journey.
I identify as Chicana (Mexican-American), with light a trace of French ancestry (only a quarter). My name, Citlalicue, is in the indigenous Aztec language, Nahuatl. Citlalicue is the Aztec goddess of the stars & is credited with shaping the cosmos. Her influence extends to the creation of stars, the Milky Way, Earth, as well as the fundamental concepts of death and darkness. I feel close with my name, as Citlalicue’s medicine resonates with the gifts that I bring to Earth through my work.
1:1 psychotherapy for $225/per session. I am an out-of-network provider. I submit all superbills on client's behalf to ensure they get reimbursed quickly.
