Claire Wild, AMFT

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
San Francisco CA
I believe that change happens through relationship. When we build a strong and secure relationship in therapy, we can create opportunities to practice healthy communication, boundaries, and vulnerability - and learn to bring that sense of safety into other relationships as well. I’m committed to helping you develop greater self-understanding, improve your relationships, and find a deeper sense of aliveness and connection in life. I strive to create a non-judgemental space where all your parts are welcome.
I'm Claire, a registered associate marriage and family therapist based in San Francisco, and currently seeing clients in-person as well as via tele-health throughout California. I help adults, teens, and couples build more secure relationships, navigate grief and loss, and find relief from perfectionism, pressure, and burnout. My background in athletics/fitness and software engineering informs my work with athletes and tech workers, and I also support those exploring non-monogamous and other alternative relationship structures. I earned my masters in counseling psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and my bachelors degree from the University of Chicago. I also completed Alchemy Community Therapy Center's ketamine assisted therapy provider training, was part of the founding cohort of volunteers on Fireside Project's psychedelic peer support hotline.
I am currently offering a support group for clients who are already receiving Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy with an individual therapist, and would like additional space for integration in community. I also facilitate a grief support group for those who have lost loved ones to suicide at San Francisco Suicide Prevention.
