Many individuals seek psychedelic experiences in hopes of breakthrough, relief, insight, or transformation. While these experiences can open powerful doors, they can also amplify unresolved attachment wounds, dissociated material, and survival-based defenses. Lasting change often depends on thoughtful preparation and careful integration. I provide relationally grounded, preparation and integration support to help you approach these experiences safely and thoughtfully.
I am particularly attuned to working with individuals with complex trauma histories, attachment disruptions, or high sensitivity, where careful pacing and nervous system stabilization are essential. My goal is not just insight, but embodied integration — supporting clients in developing greater emotional range, relational security, and self-compassion.
Do you carry the invisible weight of early adversity—emotional neglect, fear, or inconsistent caregiving? Inattentive or unpredictable caregivers can leave deep imprints on your relationships with yourself and others. You may have learned to hide your feelings and needs, showing only the “acceptable” parts of yourself. If you were raised by what I sometimes call “scaregivers”—frightened or frightening parent figures—you may have developed survival-based attachment patterns that continue into adulthood, limiting your ability to show up as your whole, authentic self.
Healing begins by gently rewriting those early relational templates and cultivating self-compassion. Your past does not need to dictate your future.
I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, personality disorders, and attachment wounds primarily rooted in childhood. I support adults navigating emotional dysregulation, self-sabotaging patterns, identity struggles, and relational difficulties. Together, we work to build inner safety, foster compassion for every part of you, and strengthen your capacity for secure, connected relationships. My work is grounded in relational depth, nervous system science, and a deep respect for the transformative power of non-ordinary states.
