I now take a more relaxed and intuitive approach to working with clients and sacred medicine and believe in creating space for spiritual and shadow aspect exploration rather than focusing on developing coping and navigating skills as with traditional therapy. Most of my clients are familiar with the self-help, coping and symptom management aspects of healing - I tend to encourage exploration of soul, spirit and connection. Sacred journey is an incredible path to knowing oneself and I am honored to share parts of the journey with you.
I attended the University of Tennessee where I earned a B.S. in Human Ecology and a Master’s in Social Work. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have worked in the mental health field over 30 years in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, community mental health, intensive outpatient, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and with couples. Over the last few years, my practice has shifted to a coaching model that is focused on spiritual and energetic journey and growth.
