At AlphaOmega Wellness, we create a safe, structured, and compassionate environment for your healing journey. As a physician-led practice, we begin with a thorough medical and mental health evaluation to ensure ketamine therapy is appropriate for you. From there, we design a personalized treatment plan, typically a series of six IV ketamine infusions over 3–4 weeks, tailored to your goals, symptoms, and history.
We believe in supporting the whole person, not just managing symptoms. That means we emphasize preparation before your first infusion and integration after each session. We encourage clients to work with a therapist, coach, or integration specialist throughout the process. Many of our clients also receive lifestyle, supplement, or functional medicine recommendations to support brain health and enhance neuroplasticity.

I’m a board-certified emergency medicine physician with over 25 years of experience and the founder of AlphaOmega Wellness, a private ketamine practice based in Greenwood, Indiana. After two decades of using ketamine for sedation in the ER, I experienced its healing potential firsthand through my own journey with treatment-resistant depression. That experience changed everything.
Today, I specialize in providing IV ketamine therapy for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and emotional trauma. My approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine, integration-focused care, and a belief that true healing happens when we treat the brain not just the symptoms. Many of our patients are navigating life transitions, burnout, spiritual disconnection, or unresolved trauma. They come to us feeling stuck, and we help them rediscover clarity, purpose, and joy.
