In our sessions, I aim to create a supportive, encouraging, and validating space, while also challenging you to move forward. I see myself as a mirror, reflecting back what my clients already know about themselves. Most clients come to see me because they have lost their way and need help looking inward. I believe that every person already knows the way back home to themselves. My clients need help to shed the layers of pain and suffering to remember who they are. I look forward to guiding you back to your center, your knowing, and your light.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana and licensed as a Florida Telehealth provider. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University and my Master of Social Work from Indiana University. I have worked in a residential facility for teens for the past 3+ years. Since starting my private practice I have gained experience in psychedelic transformation including integration and spiritual awakening. I have experience working with families, LGBTQ+, military families, veterans, teens and adolescents. I specialize in women’s issues, mood disorders, perinatal experiences, parent-child relationships, and life transitions. My ideal client knows that they want to release old ways of living and re-discover their authentic self.
