I work collaboratively, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive. I create a calm, welcoming space where you can explore what’s coming up in your body, emotions, and thoughts without judgment or pressure. We’ll work together to listen to your body’s wisdom, uncover patterns, and find new ways of relating to yourself and the world. I bring curiosity, compassion, humor, and respect to every session.
I’m a therapist, group facilitator, and creative spirit who believes healing happens through connection to yourself, to others, and to your body. I offer psychedelic integration, trauma healing, and mindfulness groups, as well as individual therapy for those who prefer one-on-one support. My approach is somatic, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I’m especially interested in how the body holds our stories and how we can gently reconnect with ourselves to find more ease, resilience, and meaning. In each session, I try to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and real where you can show up as you are, without pressure or pretense. If you’re looking for a supportive group or individual therapy that honors your unique path and helps you come home to yourself, I’d love to connect.
My practice includes an 8-month psychedelic integration group (starting each fall) where we explore and integrate experiences together in a safe, grounded way. I also provide individual, couples, and family therapy for those who want more personalized support. I’m currently developing additional group programs to offer even more ways to connect and heal.
