Ellie Barch, PsyD
Clinical Psychologist
Malden MA
I am currently working from a short-term (3-6 months) therapy model using some combination of individual KAP using sublingual lozenges and trauma-specific techniques. I work alongside a client's existing long-term provider(s) with the goal to transition care back to these individuals post treatment (or I help them establish a team while under my care). I am also working on offering small group KAP sessions, prep and integration.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Massachusetts. After feeling frustrated with the limits of traditional talk therapy (and my own healing experiences with ketamine therapy), I sought out training from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and completed their program to become a psychedelic assisted therapy provider in May 2024. I also became certified in EMDR and a vagal nerve toning listening system (the Safe and Sound Protocol). I am now offering KAP both individually and to small groups to help clients shift chronic symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma that have been keeping them stuck.
