Canadien Certified Counsellor, Art-Therapist, D. Psy. candidate

My work with individuals aims to support self-expression and foster empowerment. With a humanistic client-centered and trauma-informed approach, I draw from different modalities to best adapt to each person’s needs. I offer art therapy, counseling and Somatic Experiencing sessions, in English or French.
With several years of experience supporting children, adolescents and adults in various school, community, and clinical settings, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the emotional, relational, and existential challenges people face at different stages of life. As an art therapist, I’ve accompanied clients navigating mood disorders, trauma, addiction, chronic illness, life transitions, grief, sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique healing process. I aim to meet clients where they are and support them in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and creativity. I am a member of the Quebec Art Therapy Association (AATQ), a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.), and a member of the Association nationale des naturopathes (ANN). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a certificate in Visual Arts, and a Master’s in Art Therapy. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology. I view art as a powerful doorway into the inner world—a language that offers access to the imagination, unconscious material, and personal insight beyond verbal expression. In therapy, I offer tools and guidance for engaging with image-making and symbolic exploration, with or without the use of psychedelics. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space that supports authentic expression and healing. In psychedelic work, I emphasize emotional safety, embodied awareness, and integration. I trust in the body’s innate intelligence and the transformative potential of altered states when approached with care and intention.
