Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)
Denver CO
I work with individuals navigating preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences, addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual emergence, and life transitions. I meet clients wherever they are in their journey, offering non-judgmental support and personalized care. Sessions may involve mindfulness practices, somatic inquiry, values clarification, and exploring the emotional, cognitive, and spiritual layers of experience. I create a safe space for clients to deepen their self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and embody insights gained from transformational experiences. My role is to walk alongside you, providing steady guidance as you navigate your own path of healing and growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) based in Denver, Colorado, specializing in psychedelic preparation, integration, and mental health counseling. My work bridges evidence-based practices with traditional healing knowledge. I completed mindfulness training at Chiang Mai University in Thailand and lived at Buddhist monasteries, deepening my practice in meditation, contemplative psychology, and the cultivation of compassion-centered approaches to healing. I also spent a year immersed at Nihue Rao Centro Espiritual in Peru, where I studied Shipibo Lineage Master Plant Dietas and served as a lead facilitator, supporting individuals through deep, transformational healing processes in a ceremonial setting. My personal healing journey through psychedelics, mindfulness, and traditional spiritual practices informs every aspect of my clinical work. I believe that when approached with care, intention, and skillful integration, psychedelic experiences can catalyze profound emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth. These experiences can surface long-held patterns, unlock inner wisdom, and open new pathways toward resilience and self-understanding. However, without proper preparation and integration, their potential can remain fragmented. I am committed to helping clients bridge the gap between peak experiences and everyday life. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences safely, at their own pace, and with a focus on creating meaningful, sustainable change. Whether you are seeking guidance in preparation for a ceremony, support in integrating a recent journey, or assistance navigating broader life transitions, I am here to walk beside you. I bring a deep respect for each person's unique path, honoring the innate healing intelligence within every individual.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer structured preparation and integration programs for individuals engaging in psychedelic work. These programs can be customized to support work with ayahuasca, psilocybin, 5-MeO-DMT, and other entheogens. Preparation programs focus on clarifying intentions, identifying potential risks, strengthening psychological resilience, and creating supportive practices leading up to the experience. Integration programs offer ongoing support after the experience to help process insights, address challenges, and translate transformational experiences into sustainable life changes. I also offer workshops and small group sessions focused on mindfulness, harm reduction, and conscious preparation and integration practices.
