Homeopath
Bloomfield NJ
Each session is a dialogue—a shared process of listening and witnessing. Whether you’re coming with a clear set of symptoms or a more elusive inner experience, I aim to meet you where you are.
In the first session, we spend about 90 minutes gathering your story—not just facts or diagnoses, but how you experience your world. I listen for patterns: repeated language, metaphors, energetic gestures, emotional responses. These offer clues to what your system is trying to express or resolve.
Based on that session, I’ll select a homeopathic remedy tailored to your specific inner state. This isn’t about treating symptoms one by one—it’s about addressing the pattern that underlies them all. The remedy is usually taken in a single dose or a low-potency liquid over time, depending on what’s most appropriate for your case.
Follow-ups are typically every 4–6 weeks, and we adjust based on your experience. Clients often describe feeling more emotionally grounded, more themselves, or more able to access clarity—even when nothing else has changed externally. Some find physical symptoms shift, while others notice dreams, energy, or nervous system regulation come online in new ways.
I offer sessions virtually across the U.S., and I work with people from many backgrounds—including queer, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and spiritually open individuals. I honor complexity. I believe that healing doesn’t always look tidy, and that the work of integration deserves just as much support as the moment of breakthrough.
For those navigating post-psychedelic experiences, our work can help ground insights, process difficult emotions, and restore a sense of safety and orientation in the body.
I’m a board-certified homeopath (CCH, RSHom(NA)) with over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care and mind-body healing. While I’m not trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy, many of the people I work with seek homeopathic support after deep internal experiences—whether catalyzed by plant medicine, expanded states, or life-altering events.
My own healing journey began after contracting Lyme disease in 2010. Homeopathy not only restored my health—it changed how I understood the body’s capacity to heal. Since then, I’ve devoted my career to working with clients who are moving through emotional overwhelm, spiritual emergence, identity transitions, and patterns of suffering that no longer serve.
In addition to my private practice, I’ve taught at multiple homeopathic schools and supervise student clinicians at Prometheus Homeopathic Institute. My background also includes work in neurofeedback and integrative psychiatry settings, giving me a wide lens on emotional and energetic healing.
I work with people across the U.S.—especially those navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or states of confusion or fragmentation following powerful internal experiences. I specialize in serving LGBTQIA+ clients, those on a spiritual path, and individuals seeking gentle but profound support for change.
While homeopathy is subtle, it often brings clarity, emotional movement, and nervous system regulation in surprising ways. My role is not to interpret your experience, but to witness it, honor it, and offer a resonance that helps your system move toward wholeness.
While I don’t offer structured integration programs or group facilitation at this time, I provide individualized support designed to meet you where you are in your process.
My practice includes:
- One-on-one homeopathic care for emotional, spiritual, and physical support
- Sliding scale and donation-based options (including monthly community sessions)
- Short-term consults for acute or transitional support
- Ongoing care for those working through chronic patterns or long-term integration
Some clients work with me for a few months as they integrate a specific experience. Others continue over time to address deep-rooted emotional or somatic patterns. There is no one-size-fits-all path.
I also offer mentorship to newer homeopaths or healing professionals seeking guidance in complex emotional cases, identity integration, or holistic business development. While this isn't psychedelic-specific, many mentees are interested in bridging alternative healing with expanded state work.
If you’re seeking something specific—like a structured protocol or community group—I’m happy to refer you to aligned practitioners in my network.
