I believe recovery in any form is a sacred journey and help clients to become intentional cartographers, mapping their way to wholeness whilst collecting gems of wisdom and magic along the way.
I am a Holistic Psychotherapist and plant spirit herbalist. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Welfare from UCLA (School of Public Policy and Social Research), with over 20 years in the clinical field. I am a graduate of The Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education and founder of Allies in Alchemy, a healing arts project.
I have been a student of yoga and meditation for over 30 years and am teacher trained in both. I am a Reiki Master in the discipline of Usui Reiki; certification trained in the principles of Non-Violent Communication, and facilitator trained in Sacred Plant Medicine, Holistic Healing, and Traditional Herbalism. My somatic work is informed through my studies of Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, and Somatic Archeology.
