I am a Cis-gender female originally from England and living in the beautiful Fraser Valley BC Canada with my Husband and beautiful golden Lab Cara. I have been a therapist for almost 30 years and have worked in a variety of settings and countries in that time. I am committed to holistic practices and offering those that I journey with opportunities for growth and healing in all areas of their lives. I enjoy the performing arts, the outdoors and travelling.
