I work with clients by creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and deeply respectful of their lived experiences. My approach is collaborative—I don’t view myself as the expert on someone’s life, but rather a guide who walks alongside them as they explore their inner world, heal old wounds, and build new patterns. I value transparency and curiosity, and I take time to understand each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals. Together, we identify what feels supportive, what feels overwhelming, and what feels possible right now. I blend evidence-based practices such as DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, tailoring them in a way that fits each client—not the other way around. I work at the pace of the nervous system, honoring that safety must come before insight, and that healing is never linear. My clients often describe me as grounded, warm, and attuned. I hold space for complexity, nuance, humor, and humanity. Whether someone is navigating trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, or the weight of everyday stressors, I aim to offer a nonjudgmental environment where they can be fully themselves and where all parts of their experience are welcome.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families across diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in meeting people exactly where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to honoring their lived experiences. My clinical approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in person-centered values. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with marginalized communities, individuals navigating the criminal justice system, people experiencing acute mental health crises, and those managing complex trauma, life transitions, or severe and persistent mental illness. Whether I’m providing therapy, crisis intervention, clinical supervision, or care coordination, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing. Most recently, I completed Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy training through the Integrated Psychiatry Institute. This work has deepened my appreciation for innovative and integrative approaches to healing and expanded my clinical perspective in ways I’m excited to bring into future practice. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver with a special emphasis in Animal-Assisted Therapy, and I’m certified in EMDR as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents and Families. Above all, I strive to offer a warm, grounded, nonjudgmental environment where people feel genuinely supported as they explore their inner world, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a more empowered and meaningful life.
