I am Oxford educated Marriage and Family Therapist of nearly two decades, an EMDR practitioner, and host of the podcast “Sex, Psychics & Psychedelics.”
While maintaining my traditional therapy practice as a LMFT, I foraged for powertools, training in somatic healing, plant medicines, psychedelics, Ketamine and EMDR, and IFS informed life coaching.
I advised on Michael Pollan’s “How to Change Your Mind”, co-produced Lucy Walker’s “Of Night and Light,” and am now moving into the 6h season of “Sex, Psychics and Psychedelics,” expanding my network of healers to help with her mission:Inspire, unlock, and liberate mental health by tapping into heart intelligence.
