I am Oxford-educated Marriage and Family Therapist of nearly two decades, an EMDR practitioner, host of the podcast “Sex, Psychics & Psychedelics.,” and author of "This Time with Feeling"
While maintaining my traditional therapy practice as an LMFT, I foraged for power tools, training in somatic healing, plant medicines, psychedelics, Ketamine and EMDR, and IFS informed life coaching.
I advised on Michael Pollan’s “How to Change Your Mind”, co-produced Lucy Walker’s documentary on Ibogaine, “Of Night and Light,” and am now directing a documentary about a successful psychedelic healing journey I took a sex worker on. Through my podcasting and content creation, I'm constantly expanding my network of healers to help with my mission to inspire, unlock, and liberate mental health by tapping into heart intelligence.
