Jane Mehl, FNP, PMHNP

Family & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Colorado Springs CO
As a psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation and specialized training in addiction medicine, I bring a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental approach to care. I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating everything from opioid use and stimulant addiction to alcohol dependence, behavioral addictions, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. I provide psychological evaluations for mental health diagnoses, medication planning, and treatment clarity. Testing helps uncover what’s beneath symptoms like anxiety, mood swings, or attention issues. I also offer ketamine treatment for depression and trauma, including preparation and integration support. Evaluations ensure we tailor care to your unique needs, and are science-backed, compassionate, and personalized.
As a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I approach patient care with compassion, clinical precision, and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice. My journey began in Ukraine and continued through earning my BSN from Western Governors University, MSN from Maryville University, and PMHNP certificate from Herzing University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, listening to music, and reading philosophy.
We provide comprehensive, integrated care that supports both mental and physical health. Our services include primary care for ongoing wellness, psychiatry and medication management, addiction medicine with evidence-based treatments, individual counseling and group therapy sessions, IM/IV ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant conditions, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for depression and mood disorders. Each care plan is personalized to meet the unique needs of every patient, combining innovation with compassion at every step.
