I am an empathetic professional driven by a deep desire to support others in thriving. I’ve held a lifelong appreciation for non-ordinary states of consciousness and the power of non-egoic practices to nurture both the true self and the communities I’ve been privileged to live in and help co-create. Throughout my journey, I’ve found value in nearly every person I’ve encountered, learning from each experience with humility and gratitude. My career in healthcare has been rooted in building systems of wellness—centered on wholeness, integration, and human potential—rather than models focused solely on pathology or disease.
I primarily work with adults (18+) navigating: Life transitions or existential questions, Personal or spiritual exploration, Neurodivergent identities (autism, ADHD), Emotional challenges like anxiety, grief, or depression, Professional burnout, caregiver fatigue, or personal re-alignment. Whether you’re new to psychedelics or have years of experience, I meet you where you are.
