I specialize ketamine assisted therapy or KAP. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, challenging life transitions, relationship problems, issues related to equity, race, and identity, as well as those interested in finding more meaning in their lives. I work from a wellness model in which I strive to assist my clients not only survive but to thrive.
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I hold a Master of Social Work from CSU, Long Beach, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from UC, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. I have over 13 years of experience working in the mental health field in a variety of settings including health clinics, universities, K-12 schools and non-profit organizations. I was trained in ketamine assisted therapy by the Psychedelic Coalition for Health. Additionally, I strive to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle by maintaining close relationships, participating in mentally and physically engaging activities, being conscious and cultivating my spiritual identity.
